Stiff and sore from sitting at your desk? Start your day right with this gentle movement and breathwork session that can be performed right at your desk. These quick sessions set your day up for success by increasing energy, mood and focus.

Daily Fitness Classes
Our friendly, highly-trained fitness instructors deliver a wide variety of classes in a welcoming, fun, and safe atmosphere. These classes work to prevent injuries, while improving your strength, fitness, posture, and mobility. All fitness classes are created so anyone can participate regardless of their fitness level - beginners welcome!

Weekly 10 Minute Stress Relief Sessions: Mind Muscle
Take a moment to step out of your day-to-day and calm your mind, nervous system, and body. This 10 minute mindfulness break requires you only to listen, with Zoom cameras off and eyes closed, to shift our headspace. Build your mind muscle to be strong and resilient with calming exercise.

These educational workshops, led by our team of wellness experts, are designed to increase your health IQ and educate you on simple ways to improve your wellbeing. Workshop topics include nutrition, stress management, sleep, hydration, fitness and more!
