Charity Challenge
Challenge Goal:
Individual:
Your goal is to accumulate 50 wellness points per week by attending either a Morning Jumpstart or an Afternoon Recharge session every weekday (live or recorded). You can also gain points by attending workshops. At the end of each week, every individual who has hit the target will be entered in a draw to win a coffee gift card!
Company:
As a company, you’re competing against other companies to have the greatest points-per-person average. At the end of the challenge, the winning company will have the opportunity to make a donation to the charity of their choice!

Morning Jumpstart: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-8:55am
Afternoon Recharge: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-2:10pm
Workshops: Thursdays, 12-12:30pm
