Natasha Dostaler
Natasha is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, with a passion for health and wellness that shines through anytime she is given the opportunity to talk about it!
Natasha’s approach to her clients wellness journey is by taking a holistic view to support both men and women in their health journey through individualized coaching and nutrition. She is passionate about the digestive system and the important role it plays in our overall health. Her deep knowledge on the effects of a sluggish digestive system and the state of our health is why digestion is something she works closely with all of her clients on. A balanced blood sugar is another area that Natasha encourages all of her clients to focus on in order to ditch cravings, balance their moods, increase their energy levels and get better sleep. She advocates to her clients that a balanced blood sugar isn’t just important for diabetics, it’s important for everyone.
Kristy Mottershead
Kristy is a Registered Kinesiologist, Health Coach, Fitness Specialist, and the founder of 9toThrive Wellness.
She uses the whole human approach and the connection between the 9toThrive 5 to enable her clients to achieve their goals both personally and professionally. Kristy specializes in maximizing energy and building a proper movement practice that fits each individual’s lifestyle. Her mission is to help her clients feel their best and succeed in all aspects of their lives.
Kristy knows firsthand the importance of preventing and overcoming burnout, so she incorporates stress management tools as a core piece of her coaching. She focuses on the 1% change philosophy, where she encourages her clients to make small and sustainable changes that amount to great results - THAT LAST.
