We have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, and Services, you understand and agree that all sales are final upon purchase, and that our fee is fully payable at that time, and no refunds will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT

The purchasing client shall provide the 9toThrive Wellness Inc. with the name and business email address (ie. Microsoft team, google etc.) for each employee of the Client who is eligible to participate in the Services provided by the Company (a “Eligible Employee”) in a form specified by the Company and at a frequency determined by the Company. Such information is the Confidential Information (as defined below) of the Client and the Company shall only use such information as is necessary to allow the Company to verify the identity of the Eligible Employees. An Eligible Employee who participates in the Services is a “Participating Employee”.

These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. NON-SOLICITATION OF 9TOTHRIVE TEAM MEMBERS
