The We Care Wellbeing Challenge

How it works:

The Spring Into Health Challenge is a holistic wellbeing solution that unites your employees through the power of friendly, team-based competition to build healthy habits and drive engagement across your organization.

See your team’s productivity level, focus, energy, health and motivation transform in just 28 days!

This challenge is designed using The Whole Human Approach™ so that EVERYONE can participate. With more than 40 activities for your team to connect and engage! We have made it easy for your employees to incorporate wellbeing activities into their normal day. Our effective wellness activities are positioned perfectly to boost energy and focus when it is needed most. We keep our live sessions short so that employees can easily incorporate wellness into their day without disruption.

Give Back & Support the Community
To cultivate teamwork, connection, and a common purpose, teams will be working together for a chance to give back and support their community.

Promotional Material: We provide you with both a promotional poster and a “Get Excited” email draft to let your team know about the exciting opportunity of participating in the challenge

Launch Material: Once you’ve let your team know about the challenge, we walk them through everything they need to do to get set up and join the challenge on the online leaderboard (including video tutorials).

Dedicated Challenge Coordinator: You’re go-to person for all things challenge-related. Dedicated to supporting the whole team and focused on keeping engagement throughout the challenge.

Admin Support: We need your leadership team and a company representative to help promote the challenge and get your team excited. We provide the above resources to help with this process. Once your employees are signed up for the challenge, we take over all activities (including tech support, motivational emails, and all administrative tasks related to the challenge). Throughout the rest of the month, the only responsibility of your leadership team and representative is to help encourage employee participation!

Live Tech Support Calls: These calls, hosted by 9toThrive, will take place during the two weeks of the challenge and are available for your team to join if they’re having any technical issues or questions related to joining the challenge.

Challenge Software: The software we use to track points is included, which allows for both automatic and manual entry of points. 

Wellness Activity Card: The Wellness Activity Card outlines and explains all the activities for which participants will be given points during the challenge, and enables them to track their points manually if they so choose.

Weekly Motivational Emails: These boosts of motivation will be sent out to participants every week to keep engagement throughout the entire challenge.

All your employees, regardless of whether or not they sign up for the leaderboard, will gain access to the following 9toThrive services:

Daily Live 10 Minute Stretch & Mindset Breaks: Each day, participants will gain access to these live morning and afternoon sessions led by health and wellness experts. They’ll be guided through gentle stretches and exercises that can be done right at their desk. We run them live for motivation, accountability, and support. The live sessions are also recorded so that on-demand access can be used throughout the month.

Daily Live Virtual Fitness Classes: These 30-minute all-level fitness classes are created so anyone can participate regardless of their fitness levels. The classes are fun and engaging, and work to prevent injuries, while improving the strength, fitness, posture, and mobility of the participants.

  • 10+ live classes per week including yoga, pilates, strength training, barre, stretch & core, and more!

  • Class timeslots include lunch hour, and after-work sessions.

Weekly Live 10-Minute Mind Muscle Sessions: During these weekly sessions, participants will be guided through 10 minutes of screen-free stress relieving techniques, mindfulness, and mindset work. This is a great opportunity for participants to disconnect from the busyness of their day, reduce their stress, and recalibrate their mental well-being.

Weekly Live Educational Wellness Workshops: Our live workshops are interactive and created to connect with employees and instill lasting healthy habits. They are delivered by our wellness experts and cover topics such as nutrition, mental health, and physical activity.

Weekly Wellness Wednesday Tips: Weekly mini educational features on current mind-body hot topics relevant to stress reduction and recovery. These tips provide the why to help close the knowing-doing gap for taking action. (Delivered electronically via email)

24/7 OnDemand Video Library: Complete access to OnDemand videos of Fitness Classes, Stretch & Mindset Breaks, Mind Muscle Sessions, and Educational Wellness Workshops. Over 600 different wellness sessions to choose from!
