Introducing the
Beat the Blahs in 10 Charity Challenge

November 15- December 10, 2021

Who does their best work when they’re stressed, exhausted and frustrated? We get it. You see the overwhelm, fatigue and stress that plagues your team. You know they need simple, tangible tools to transform their workday and their wellbeing. They need the structure in their workday and the accountability to give both their mind and body a much needed break.

That’s where we come in. This challenge not only will bust through languishing feelings your teams have, but it will provide each individual employee the skills and knowledge to do it themselves; all while connecting them to their colleagues and a broader community of people all working together towards the same goal.

In this challenge, less is more

The goal of the challenge is to get your employees taking two 10 minute breaks throughout their workday to revitalize their body and mind.

How it works:

We’ve included necessary accountability and educational tools to fully motivate your employees and ensure they have both the resources and support they need to succeed.

 

Work as a Team and Give Back

Your company will work as a team to collect daily wellness points. At the end of each week, your employees will receive an email with company standings. The company who has the highest average points at the end of the challenge will get to donate $500 to the charity of their choice.

Community Support Forum

The challenge format sparks engagement and cultivates deeper accountability by enabling individuals to move as a group towards a common goal. The Community Support Forum Facebook Group is a space where participants will share wins, ask questions, and engage with other challenge go-ers

Everything in One Place

The challenge and all of its services are hosted on 9toThrive’s Wellness Platform (with both web and app access). Each employee will enroll in the platform, where they will be able to view the daily session schedule, access live and recorded sessions, and view the leaderboard. Individual points are capped per day to prevent participants from over-extending themselves.

 
 

Weekly Group Q&A Sessions

Every week, we will be hosting live 30 minute question and answer sessions with qualified Health Coaches. Participants will have the opportunity to submit their questions, and answers will be discussed with the group to build open discussions and interact with our Health Coaches.

Challenge Goal

The goal of the challenge is to get your employees to attend the two 10 minute live sessions each day to revitalize their body and mind. These sessions are designed to change their workday patterns using simple, proven tools and techniques that enable them to become productive, effective, and efficient.

 
 

Email Support

We’ll be there to support your team every step of the way via email. Each week, participants will receive Weekend Wellness Tips - for strategies and suggestions about navigating their weekend. And throughout the challenge, motivational messages will be delivered to encourage engagement and participation.

Help your employees drop their stress and
reclaim their energy!

Stress occurs when we feel like we have the lack of resources to meet our daily demands. In this challenge, we give your employees the resources they need to not only meet those daily demands, but feel great while doing it. There are two main components to breaking the stress cycle - changing your mental state and changing your physical state. Each weekday, participants will be given two opportunities every day to connect with a wellness professional who will guide them through mental, physical, and emotional transformation.
These sessions are done right from your desk, whether at home or in the office.

Morning Jumpstart

Live session everyday from 8:45-8:55am

Start your day right by clearing your mind and creating the state of attentiveness you need to tackle your days tasks. In this mind focused session, participants will be guided through an assortment of mindfulness, breath work, and gentle movement techniques to create energy, focus and concentration.

Afternoon Recharge

Live session everyday from 2:00-2:10pm

Reset mid day to clear the mind, energize the body and relieve stress. In this body focused session, participants will be guided through both gentle and dynamic stretches as well as stress relieving techniques that connect to calm and reenergize physically, mentally and emotionally.

  • From that point on, your only responsibility is to participate in the challenge and encourage ongoing participation of your employees
