How it Works:

This 28-day challenge brings your team together around a shared goal of well-being and giving back.

Each day, employees complete simple wellness actions - like joining a live movement break, choosing a habit from the Mind-Body Bonus card, or going for a walk. Each action earns points, bringing your team closer to a company-specific participation goal to be reached by Day 28.

Progress is tracked in real time on your private leaderboard. As each day builds momentum, your team works together to reach the goal by the end of the 28 days.

When the target is hit, a donation is made to a charity of your choice.
